Bevo at times has been called “little Bosnia” and for good reason. It has been said that St. Louis is the home to largest concentrated population of Bosnians outside of Bosnia. We are grateful for all the restaurant and cafes that remind us of that fact. A little espresso or a sarma goes a long way. At this point it probably shouldn’t surprise you that our global focus is in Bosnia. Trips are taking place at different times as we connect and serve in the homeland of many of our S. City neighbors.
